为面向意愿在京工作的外籍人士提供最新的在京就业资讯，为希望聘用外籍人士的用人机构提供良好的招聘平台，北京市人才服
务中心及诚通人力资源有限公司于2010年4月10（星期六）在京召开“国际英才”第三届北京外籍人才引智洽谈会，通过现场招聘与
就业指导相结合的形式，共同打造京城面向外籍人士的招聘盛会。
国际英才定位：在中国学习的外籍留学生、在中国工作的外籍人士、有意到中国工作的外籍人才。
服务流程
第一步：企业报名，提供职位需求（中英文）
第二步：人才寻访：在针对性强的媒体上发布职位信息，并多渠道寻访人才，邀请符合职位要求的个人参会。
第三步：现场洽谈会
第四步：会后服务：跟踪单位招聘效果，针对招聘效果不好的重点职位，提供有效简历。

The 3rd “International Talents” Job Fair For Foreigners In Beijing

As the development of Chinese’s reform and opening up policy and the graduating understandings of the world’s
attitude towards China, the numbers of foreigners, who come to Beijing for studying and further researching, and a
fairly large number of them are willing to work in Beijing, has dramatically increased.
Beijing Talent Service Center and Chengtong Human Resources Co., Ltd, devoting to international professional
communication, join hands to hold the event of the 3rd “International Talents” Job Fair for foreigners in Beijing,
aiming to create a recruiting platform and to provide consultation services for companies in need of foreign
employees, and for expats longing for working in China as well, adding to the internationalization drive of the
human resources market in Beijing.
★ Attending candidates are mainly:
Foreigners working or studying in China, or those intending to work in China, Chinese who studied abroad and
returned with at least a bachelor degree
★ Service procedure
1： Enterprises registration: introduction to company & requirements for candidates.
2： Media propaganda: post positions available by specialized media; invite foreigners who meet the requirements
by all means to the fair.
3： Job fair
4： Post-fair Services: Poll the companies for recruiting results and continue recommending candidates.

◆ How to rent a booth: Fill out the application form; take it to our office with duplicated copy of business license, sealed cover letter, ID card of transactor, explanation paper of candidate requirements and booth charge.
