1、Tooling Maintenance Technician /模具维修技师

职责：
Ø 半导体包封、切断模具的更换及维修。
任职资格：
Ø 机械或模具相关专业大专或同等学历；
Ø 2年以上相关工作经验；
Ø 可以阅读简单英语资料。

2、Tooling Engineer/模具工程师

Responsibilities:
Ø Mold tools and Trim/Singulation die & punch management;
Ø Drawing generation and review;
Ø Spare parts lifetime study and control;
Ø Tooling modification or upgrading;

Ø Make and execute Quarterly, Annual Plan of Mold Overhaul

Ø Prepare Equipment Purchasing Specification when order new tooling;

Ø Prepare daily report for online machine issue and action plan
Qualifications:
Ø University above, major in mechanical, tooling engineering or related field.
Ø 3 years experience.
Ø Good command of Auto CAD.

Ø Good command of English(oral and written).

3、Maintenance Technician / 设备维修技师  

职责：

Ø 负责分管设备的日常维护，维修，确保设备正常运转，按照设备操作规程进行操作及检查，并记录运行情况。

任职资格：

Ø  机械/电气或相关专业中专或技校以上学历；有模具工作经验者优先

Ø  有至少3年相关工作经验；

Ø  能够阅读与业务相关的简单英语；

Ø  能适应12小时倒班；

4、Maintenance Engineer/设备维修工程师

职责：

Ø 负责编写分管设备的安全操作规程；

Ø 负责分管设备有效运行、设备运行能力(UPH)的提高；

Ø 负责分管设备日常管理、维修和预防维护及改造工作；

Ø 负责操作工人的工序设备操作规程培训及设备运行记录的填写；

Ø 负责分管设备的备件（外协加工或采购）的技术支持；

Ø 按期完成主管上司交给的临时性工作任务；

任职资格：

Ø 大专以上学历，主修过机电一体化或相关专业，2年以上半导体电子工厂从事设备工作的经历

Ø 具有与工作相关的英语书写及交流能力

Ø 可应用CAD制图优先，具有丰富的半导体生产设备的实际维修技能，熟知自动化设备及预防性维修系统；吃苦耐劳，具有敬业精神。

5、Test/Product Engineer / 测试产品工程师

Responsibilities:
Ø Coordinate and lead new product development;
Ø Define product test plan and new test development with Fab R&D;
Ø Perform Assy testers Vs Eval lab tester correlation;
Ø Involve in PCR approval;
Ø Lead engineering and qualification lots setup and analysis;
Ø Part number coding for data consistency in vision for new parts with Fab R&D group;
Ø Own specific engineering projects to improve product quality or yield in cooperation with Design,Fab and Assembly;
Ø New Assy/Test Subcon and foundry qualification;
Ø Publish weekly yield report per product family for global yield management system;
Qualifications:
Ø Bachelor's degree or above,
Ø 3 years relevant experience in semiconductor manufacturing industry
Ø MNC experience preferred
Ø Good knowledge of discrete test platforms and device physics
Ø Good command of English.

6、Lab Supervisor/实验室主管

Responsibilities:

Ø Establish and Improve lab work procedure and process;

Ø Be responsibility for product FA, reliability monitor and qualification;

Ø Develop lab staff capability;

Ø Be responsible for calibration system.

Qualification:

Ø Bachelor degree or above in Electronics/Semiconductor/Material major;

Ø More than 3 years experience as lab supervisor;

Ø Good experience of electrical product FA and Reliability;

Ø Good command of English(oral and written).

7、Failure Analysis Engineer/失效分析工程师

职责：

Ø 收集和确立失效分析判据；

Ø 启动失效分析实验，提交失效分析报告；

Ø 负责失效分析能力的扩充；

Ø 建立和更新失效分析文件和数据库；

Ø 生产过程监控；

Ø 完善失效分析方法、步骤和程序；

Ø 执行EHS的相关要求和规范；

Ø 管理和维护失效分析设备； 

Ø 负责失效分析信息的发布和交流；

Ø 按期完成主管上司交给的临时性工作任务；

 任职资格：

Ø 大学本科学历

Ø 主修电子、半导体或相关专业

Ø 与工作相关的英语书写及交流能力

Ø 具有3年以上产品质量管理或失效分析工作经验，经历过产品失效分析知识系统培训、FMEA培训。

8、Process Engineer / 工艺工程师

Responsibilities:

Ø   Analyze and solve production line process problems;

Ø   Lead technical studies to improve product quality and reliability;

Ø   Submit technical report or documents;

Ø   Responsible for the equipment/technology transfer, new equipment installation，qualification and productivity improvement.

Ø   Ensure continuous improvement projects are carried out to improve equipment performance.

 Qualifications:

Ø University education or above, majored in Semiconductor, Electronics, Material Science, Physics or Chemistry etc.

Ø  Familiar with tools such as DOE, FMEA, Process Control Plan.

Ø   Good command of Chinese and English reading & writing;

Ø   Good computer skills.

9、Cost/GL Accountant/成本/总账会计

Responsibilities:

Ø 固定成本及人员成本分析

Ø 财务报表的制作

Ø 帐务核算及分析

Qualifications:

Ø 本科以上学历，主修财务、会计及相关专业。

Ø 两年以上制造型企业财务会计岗位经验。

Ø 具有与工作相关的英语阅读能力。

Ø能熟练使用OFFICE软件，具有一定的会计电算化知识，熟悉企业财务核算方法，了解国家有关财务、税收、审计法律知识，具有敬业精神和协作性。

10、Facility Engineer/厂务部工程师

职责：

Ø 管理所有厂务设备的正常运转及支援生产，包括设备的安装调试，维护和保养以及设备的更新。

Ø 维持厂务系统的正常运作，对厂务设备的运行状态跟踪，分析，降低设备出现故障的风险。

Ø 正确处理厂务设施在生产过程中出现的突发事件，保证生产的正常运转。

Ø 提高机器的使用效率，降低成本。

Ø 编制及修订厂房设施的管理制度，不断完善设施管理体系来满足公司业务的需要。

Ø 负责厂务部门新设施的导入，调试及验收。

任职资格：

Ø 机械，电子，自动化控制，采暖通风与空调等相关专业大专或以上学历。

Ø 至少3年以上厂房相关设备的维护经验。

Ø 良好的英语书写和灵活运用office 2007 的技巧。

Ø 良好的沟通能力和解决问题的能力。熟悉半导体生产行业和厂房维护保养系统的优先。

11、IT Engineer

Responsibility:

Ø Support and maintain Production software system in Xi'an plant;

Ø System development base on customer's needs;

Ø Provide consult for individual customers;

Ø Do data analysis base on requirements from headquarter;

Qualification:

Ø Bachelor of IT or Science;

Ø At lease 1 year related experience;

Ø Work hard and responsible, good communication and training skills

12、Operator/操作工

职责：

Ø 依据工艺文件要求及设备操作流程，完成本工序产品生产；

Ø 做好本工序产品质量,并配合检验员进行产品检验；

Ø 依据质量及工艺文件要求做好记录；

Ø 依据生产计划完成产量；

Ø 对所负责工序设备进行保养；

任职资格

Ø中专或高中以上学历，机电或电子相关专业

Ø一年以上电子厂相关工作经验

Ø能够适应12小时倒班

13、保安员
职责：
Ø 在保安班长领导下，全面完成本职工作；
Ø 负责保护公司资产安全及进出货物检查；
Ø 负责日常巡逻；
Ø 负责进出公司的车辆记人员的管理；
Ø 负责处理突发事件；
Ø 随时应侯紧急事件

任职要求
Ø 初中以上学历
Ø 能胜任12小时倒班工作制
