I am writing to complain about an electronic dictionary I ordred in your online store three days ago. However, I found some buttons cannot work this morning and the whole screen was blank. I thought the battery was low at first, but nothing changed after I tried the new battery. I called the after-service hotline later and tried all the measures that the engineer reccomend. Unfortunately, they were still in vain.
I strongly demand a return service, since your store has committed that all the customers who use the goods less than 7days can enjoy a return service without reason. Please let me know the return address, contact number and who pay for the freight yielded in the goods returning as soon as possible.
